Physical Therapist - Physical Therapy
Crane Physical therapy is looking for a licensed Physical therapist interested in working in the rural health care setting and serving a small-town community. Excellent clinic and opportunity to meet the physical therapy needs of the area.
Setting: OP orthopedics, Inpatient/SNF, and swing bed program in Crane, TX
Work schedule: Monday through Friday with PRN weekends/holidays. Flexible hours as needed!

PT role/Duties:
Interpretation of referrals when they are available.
Initial patient assessment and evaluation.
Development and implementation of a treatment plan for the patient that is based on the initial assessment and includes the rehabilitation goals and objectives, both short and long term.
Timely review of treatment documentation and functional revaluation of
the patient, treatment goals and revision of the treatment plan when indicated.
Supervise PTA, PT Technicians, and support staff involved with patient plan of care.
Provide effective communication with patients, family members, other health care team members, referring physicians, and community as needed Requirements:
Graduated from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
Licensed in the state of Texas.
