Shining Star Award: Kassandra Alvarez

Crane County Hospital District is proud to recognize Kassandra Alvarez as the recipient of the “Shining Star” Award for the 3rd Quarter of 2026.

Kassandra has been a valued member of the Crane Memorial Rural Health Clinic team since September 2025, serving as one of our Clinic Nurses. Each day, she works diligently to ensure a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for our patients and staff. Her dedication plays an essential role in keeping our clinic running smoothly.

The Shining Star Award is selected quarterly by employees of the Hospital, Physical Therapy Clinic, and Rural Health Clinic. This honor recognizes an employee who demonstrates exceptional customer service, dependability, a positive attitude, excellence in job performance, and true teamwork.
