Shining Star Award: Margarito Hernandez

Crane Memorial Hospital has honored Margarito Hernandez as their “Shining Star” Award recipient for the
4th Quarter of 2025.

Margarito has been a part of the team at Crane Memorial Hospital since November 2023 working as one of our amazing Maintenance team members. He works hard every day making sure our environment is clean and safe for our patients and staff.

The selection is done quarterly by the employees of the Hospital, Physical Therapy Clinic
and Rural Health Clinic. The award is to honor an employee that promotes customer service,
dependability, positive attitude, excels at job performance and is a team player.
