Shining Star Award: Valeria Iniguez

Crane Memorial Hospital has honored Valeria Iniguez as their “Shining Star” Award recipient for the
3rd Quarter of 2025.

Valeria has been a part of the team at Crane Memorial Hospital since April 2025 working as one of our amazing housekeeping team members. She works hard every day making sure our environment is clean and safe for our patients and staff.

The selection is done quarterly by the employees of the Hospital, Physical Therapy Clinic and Rural Health Clinic. The award is to honor an employee that promotes customer service, dependability, positive attitude, excels at job performance and is a team player.
