Crane Memorial Hospital is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Night Shift LVN to join our compassionate healthcare team. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in delivering hands-on patient care, ensuring quality treatment, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to enhance patient outcomes. This position offers flexibility and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in rural healthcare.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints.
• Administer medications, injections, and IVs in accordance with protocols.
• Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and medical procedures.
• Provide patient education on medications, treatments, and post-care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare team members.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and patient safety protocols.
• Maintain active nursing licensure and required certifications, including CPR.
• Assess, identify, and respond to emergency situations promptly and effectively.

Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program.
• Current LVN license in the state of Texas.
• Proficiency in medication administration and patient care techniques.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
