Position Overview
As a Clinic LVN, you will play a vital role in providing direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians. You will assist with clinical procedures, medication administration, and patient assessments while fostering a safe and supportive healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct patient assessments, including vital signs, medical history, and chief complaints.
• Administer medications, injections, and IVs in line with protocols.
• Assist in wound care, dressing changes, and medical procedures.
• Provide patient education on medications and post-treatment care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
• Collaborate with physicians, registered nurses, and other healthcare team members.
• Ensure infection control and patient safety protocols are followed.

Qualifications
• Graduation from an accredited Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) program.
• Current LVN license in Texas.
• Proficiency in medication administration and patient care techniques.
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
